How getting started works

  1. 01 Inquiry & demo

    We learn about your company size and how your team travels, then show you the actual product. We agree on the pilot scope and pricing at this stage.

  2. 02 Company setup

    Wayple creates your company account and assigns an admin.

  3. 03 Employees join

    Employees join on the web or in the app with your company code.

  4. 04 Trip records & reports

    As employees plan and record business trips, admins receive results, expense evidence and trip reports in the company admin console.

  • Retention: 1 year from receipt (deleted afterwards)
